Position may be staffed in any of the following locations: Los Angeles, Woodland Hills, Thousand Oaks, Walnut Creek, or Costa Mesa CA.
 
 
Responsible for providing high level administrative support to national accounts director of account management and/or assigned account executives and account managers. Primary duties include, but are not limited to: Coordinates travel plans, processes expense reports and check requests, handles all aspects of planning for onsite or offsite client meetings including reserving facilities, coordinating meeting calendars with all attendees, meal planning and assisting with the creation of presentations. Supports projects by assisting the director of account management and/or account management team members as needed to prepare communications for clients, member mailings, research files and data, provide analysis of data files in client facing format for distribution. Responsible for preparing and distributing various client reports. Responsible for ordering client communication materials and shipping to appropriate locations, assisting with planning for open enrollment meetings, and builds and maintains project plans to ensure project deliverables are met. Maintain electronic and paper files, orders supplies. Screen, handle and distribute incoming calls to account management team members.  
 
This position interacts on a limited basis through call triage with national account clients when team members are traveling. Requires an appropriate sense of urgency and diplomacy for handling sensitive and escalated situations. This position supports off premises associates and requires interaction and communication remotely through instant messaging, email and phone.

Qualifications

 Requires a HS diploma or GED; 4 + years administrative experience, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. BA/BS degree preferred.
