Responsibilities:TO ASSIST THE ASSISTANT HOTEL MANAGERS. TO COVER THE OPERATIONS MANAGER AND ASSISTANT MANAGERS SHIFT DURING VACATIONS, SICK CALLS OR WHEN IS NEEDED. INITIAL TRAINING FOR NEW RESERVATION & FRONT DESK HIRES AND ON GOING TRAINING AS THE TEAM MEMBERS PROGRESSES. PROVIDE SUPPORT TO FRONT OFFICE, BELL DESK & RESERVATION STAFF AND ASSURE THAT ALL DEPARTMENTS MEET NEEDED REQUIREMENTS. TO PROVIDE EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE INTERACTION WITH HOTEL OWNERS AND GUEST TO INCLUDE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT. | ||
Qualifications:CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS THE ABILITY TO SUPERVISE, TRAIN PEOPLE AND INTERACT WITH TEAM MEMBERS AND GUESTS IN A PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS MANNER; MUST BE METICULOUS WITH NUMBERS AND PAPERWORK AND THE ABILITY TO MEET THE PRESCRIBED TIMELINES; MUST POSSESS TWO (2) YEARS SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE OR SIMILAR FRONT DESK / GUEST SERVICE EXPERIENCE; AND THE KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY TO USE MICROSOFT WORD AND EXCEL. | ||
