Job Location:  Honolulu, HI   Title:  Manager III Program Management - Program Manager Position Summary – This Position is Contingent Upon Award:   This contract will support the United States Pacific Command (USPACOM) J8, Joint Innovation and Experimentation Division, Camp Smith, Hawaii in providing analysis, operations, testing and evaluation, and program management efforts focusing on new or existing capabilities in the fields of but not limited to, operational energy, cyber, electronic warfare, C4ISR, sensors and aircraft. Duties and Responsibilities Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and implementation of all contract support activities.  Interface with government personnel.  Formulate and review project feasibility studies, determine costs, ensure conformance to work standards.  Interpret policies, purposes, and goals of the organizations for subordinates.  Manage logistics support analysis for military systems.  Manage systems safety studies. Identify, acquire and utilize company resources to achieve project technical objectives. Basic Qualifications (including education and years of experience required) Bachelors Degree Business or Accounting Twelve (12) years of progressive experience in design and development, five (5) years management and supervision of substantive military hardware/software development, and five (5) years systems analysis. This position requires a minimum of SECRET security clearance.
