To meet our owner and guest expectations.   Position Responsibilities:   Clean and maintain all corridors and stairwells of buildings and villas. Clean and maintain public areas such as fitness center, pool, tennis courts and BBQ areas. Special projects (carpet cleaning, hard floor scrubbing, pressure washing etc.) Remove trash from receptacles in the common areas Report any maintenance deficiencies and guest requests or complaints to the Supervisor or Agent Guest Services on duty. Maintain guest confidentiality and suite security. Abide by hotel rules and regulations. Clean equipment used daily.
