Job Description:We are looking for an experienced groundskeeper to perform routine functions of the community in and around assigned areas. In this position you will perform general maintenance duties and repairs and report to maintenance or the maintenance supervisor.

In this position your responsibilities will include:
• Maintaining grounds and common areas
• Performing general maintenance
• Keeping up to date on company policies and regulatory compliance
• Assisting in non-routine maintenance activities as requests by supervisor

To become a valuable member of our team we are looking for the following:
• High School Diploma/GED
• Vocational education and training in the trades preferred
• Current state's drivers license
• Ability to work with trade tools
• Detail oriented and meticulous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

SUMMARY:
Your role will include assisting customers during the checkout process by bagging groceries, retrieving carts, keeping carts neatly arranged, and other duties that ensure a positive lasting impression for our customer’s shopping experience. DUTIES:
· Make sure customers are being taken care of and the department looks great at all times. Surprise and delight the customers with consistent, delightful service.
· Provide courteous customer service; greet each customer with friendly eye contact and individually thank them for their business.
· Carefully bag groceries and offer carry out service.
· Retrieve, organize, and clean carts/baskets as needed or directed by leadership.
· Perform price checks as needed and restock returned/abandoned product in a timely manner.
· Respond promptly to customer needs and questions and request assistance when necessary.
· Keep department supplies filled and maintained.
· Practice safe use and proper care and maintenance of all tools and equipment used in this position.

Position Overview

Under the direction of the Service Manager, provides quality service assisting clients in various banking transactions.  Responsible to sell and/or refer various Bank of Hawaii Corporation financial services to all clients.  Assists in business unit’s compliance with all regulatory requirements and Bank policies and procedures, including those related to Anti-Money Laundering laws and regulations, Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT Act as applicable.  In addition, this position is responsible for demonstrating the Excellence in Sales/Service (ESS) philosophy by participating in and practicing ESS disciplines and behaviors.

Position Responsibilities

Customer Engagement
Provides quality service by interacting directly with clients. Processes a wide range of financial transactions to include but not limited to: cashing checks, accepting deposits, paying withdrawals, accepting payments, issuing cashier's checks, selling traveler's checks, processing wire transfers, and various drafts, etc. Balances individual cash. Opens and closes accounts.  Opens and closes the vault.  Must be able to push a cash cart (100 lbs.) and/or lift approximately 20 to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods of time and work evenings, weekends and holidays as required or assigned.

Branch Operations
Performs duties as needed of Automated Teller Machine (ATM), Vault, or Night Depository custodian, and armored car transactions.  Buys/sells currency/coin from vault and tellers.  Would be able to use cash dispensing units.  Provides support in areas of  the branch such as:  answering phones, safe deposit activity, filing, reviewing various reports for any appropriate action on various reports, and reviewing and complying with circulars and policies.

Relationship Building
Provides direction and assistance to clients in utilizing various channels for transactions such as: ATMs, Call Center, E-Bankoh, Night Deposit for business clients, Bank by Mail, Bankphone and Foreign Currency Exchange machines.  Uses knowledge of Products/Services to actively participate in Sales/Referral programs.  Identifies clients needs.  Provides verbal and printed information and explains the features and benefits of the appropriate product.  Researches and resolves questions from other Bank of Hawaii departments.

Requirements

  • Must be able to push a cash cart (100 lbs.) and/or lift approximately 20 to 25 pounds
  • Stand for extended periods of time.
  • Work evenings, weekends and holidays as required or assigned.
  • High school diploma, G.E.D, or 6 months equivalent work experience.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
Cargo Agent duties include the loading and unloading of cargo and mail, aircraft and ground equipment operation, as well as cleaning, service and towing of aircraft and equipment, cargo transfers, cargo warehousing and cargo services including telephone sales, customer information and other office duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Routes inbound and outbound air freight shipments to their destinations.
· Receives counter orders from customers and arranges for pickup of freight and delivery to loading platform.
· Assembles cargo according to destination.
· Weighs items and determines cost, using established tariffs.
· Direct or participate in cargo loading in order to ensure completeness of load and even distribution of weight.
· Itemizes charges, prepares freight bills, accepts payments and issues refunds.
· Prepares manifest to accompany shipments.
· Adhere to required security procedures and hazardous material handling requirements.
· Unloads inbound freight and notifies consignees on arrival of shipments and arranges for delivery to consignees.
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
· High School diploma or equivalency.
· Must be able to qualify and obtain a U.S. Customs and Border Protection seal.
· Available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
· The ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects of 75 lbs maximum weight.
· Possess a valid driver’s license, ability to obtain an Airport Motor Vehicle Operating Permit, and the ability to obtain certification to operate forklift trucks for the purpose of loading and unloading freight.
· Must be able to work independently in a fast paced environment and is detail oriented.

Office Clerks staff our Customer Service Counters and provide many services to our customers, including answering and routing telephone calls, solving problems, issuing money orders, providing rain checks, handling bill payments, and selling convenience items like postage stamps and bus passes. They balance cash drawers, prepare store deposits, and complete necessary paperwork. Office clerks work with computers, adding machines, cash register systems, and frequently use the store intercoms to make announcements and to contact various departments. In addition, they must be able to perform all duties of a cashier.
