JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for assisting in the management of all aspects of the Guest Services department, in accordance with hotel standards. Directs implements and maintains a service and management philosophy, which serves as a guide to respective staff. Preferably with 2-4 years experience as an Aloha Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in a Hotel/Resort setting. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory role. Able to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays. Computer skills in MS Word, Outlook, and MS Excel. High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate. College degree preferred. Fluency in English both verbal and written.
