Apply Now Email A Friend Requisition Number: 3724 Job Title: Warehouse Area of Interest: Sales Operations Country: U.S. City: Kapolei State / Province: Hawaii Job Description: Job Responsibilities:-Maintains inventory in order to meet customer needs/expectations -Receives hard goods and cylinders transferred from transfills and other branches -Receives hard goods delivered from vendors -Verifies products' quantity/condition with purchase orders/transfer documents; records transactions into computer system -Prepares orders for delivery as required by customer demand -Prepares orders for shipment via UPS or common carrier as required by customer demand -Assists driver/loader with loading hard goods and cylinders on truck when required -Maintains cleanliness of the warehouse -Issues supplies, materials, and/or equipment from bulk storage to in-house customers -Performs minor repairs on product handling equipment -Timely, accurate preparation of required documents/reports -Provides backup support for counter/inside sales and distribution -Assembles equipment according to shipping orders -Follows all corporate and local policies/procedures in regards to pricing, order fulfillment process, OSHA guidelines, FDA regulations and safety -Improves warehouse efficiency, productivity and teamwork with the transfill, drivers, and branch personnel -Prepares accurate and timely documents -Ensures all ALAC policies/procedures are followed -Meets or exceeds customer satisfaction corporate goals at a local level -Employee meets individualized training requirements -100% attendance at all safety meetings and training classes -Meets or exceeds corporate safety goals for store/branch operations -Strives to increase knowledge of Air Liquide's products/services and inventory management system -Improves familiarity of customer locations/equipment -Improves skills on computer system and operation of warehouse equipment General Requirements:-High school diploma; some college or technical school preferred -Three years working experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment -Product knowledge of cylinders and hard goods -Computer literate/PC package proficiency: typing of at least 40 wpm plus knowledge of "Oracle," ALADIN especially purchasing and receiving -Must have basic understanding of volume conversions -Must be able to operate forklift truck -Must possess a valid Class A, B or C Commercial driver's license -Ability to communicate both written and spoken English (at 10th grade level), document diligently -Requires walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling to a significant degree -Exerting up to 20 to 60 pounds of force occasionally, up to 10 to 20 pounds of force frequently, a greater than negligible amount of force routinely  -Entails pushing, turning, and/or pulling of arm or leg controls  -Must be at least eighteen years of age PLEASE NOTE: Air Liquide will not accept resumes from third party vendors.
