Job Description

 
The Administrative Assistant for Donor Development and Public Relations is responsible for providing support to the directors of both areas including preparing coorespondence and presentations, coordinating meetings and preparing minutes, collecting, analyzing and entering data, preparing reports, coordinating special events and tours, conducting presentations to large and small audiences of the general public, utilizing and updating social media accounts and others.  Must be highly organized and independent in coordinating both fast paced areas.

Job Requirements

 
Minimum 4 years secretarial/administrative experience.  Bachelor's degree may substitute part of the experience.  Strong oral communication skills including ability to speak to large groups and ability to prepare correspondence on varied topics with excellent grammar.  Proficient computer skills on Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.  Must have minute-taking experience.  Awareness and use of social media  required.
