1. Check-in and/or board passengers. 2. Ticket passengers, verify fare, and rate changes on tickets. 3. Operate various equipment to perform duties as assigned. 4. Account for cash and charge transactions of interisland, domestic, and international ticketing and excess baggage receipts. 5. Audit daily cash transactions. 6. Handle passenger baggage claims. 7. Sell and make air reservations and auxiliary services using the CRT; provide information to customers. 8. Perform other clerical duties as assigned. 9. Have knowledge of required international travel documents. 10. Perform all lower classification work. 1. Must have a High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Must be able to type 30 wpm. 3. Must have general knowledge of Hawaiian and world geography. 4. Must have good customer relations skills. 5. Must have a valid driver's license. 6. Must have the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. 7. Must have good command of spoken English. 8. Must be able to obtain restricted area clearance (AOA badge). 9. May be required to obtain Customs' seal. 10. Must have working knowledge of PC Windows. 11. Must be able to work under pressure to meet productivity standards. 12. Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. 13. Must not have visible tattoos. Tattoos may not be exposed while performing job duties and must be covered at all times by a standard uniform shirt piece.
