CUSTOMER SHUTTLE DRIVER REQUIREMENTS:
- Greet customer using appropriate warm welcome
- Assess customer’s rental needs to include their destination, number in travelling party and amount of luggage.
- Operate the shuttle vehicle in a safe manner.
- Enlighten customers of optional service offerings.
- Update rental reservation for any selecting change services or products prior to operating shuttle vehicle.
- At return, solicit feedback from customers and future rentals.

Qualifications:
Operating commercial vehicles and transporting passengers.
- Ability to develop rapport with customers.
- Effective presentation techniques.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Must be professional and promote safety and customer service among customers and peers
- Must be articulate and possess excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to work individually and within a team environment
- Must be able to effectively manage stressful and challenging situations
- Must have a valid driver’s license, be 21years of age, with an acceptable driving record. CDL may be required.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend while working outdoors .
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs assisting customers with personal belongings.
