Duties:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the restaurant
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Recruit staff and oversee staff training
- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
- Control inventory,
- Control the overall cash flow on a daily basis to meet the weekly expenditures
- Maintain accounting books regarding employee payroll and sales summaries
- Estimate the daily food consumption and place orders with suppliers
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Resolve customer complaints
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Create new menu format as required
