Job: General Manager

COMPANY:

Chipotle Mexican Grill

LOCATION:

Toronto, ON


Salary: $42,000.00 per annum plus benefits
Education: Courses in management an asset
Experience: 1-2 years on the job experience as a restaurant manager
Duties:
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the restaurant
  • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Recruit staff and oversee staff training
  • Set  staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
  • Control inventory,
  • Control the overall cash flow on a daily basis to meet the weekly expenditures
  • Maintain accounting books regarding employee payroll and sales summaries
  • Estimate the daily food consumption and place orders with suppliers
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Resolve customer complaints
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Create new menu format as required
