Description
  • Process all incoming and outgoing mail according to established procedures which include internal and external packages
  • Act as courier for local deliveries to various locations
  • Assist with room setup and physical location walkthroughs to identify facilities related issues
  • Assist with maintenance of company vehicles
  • Maintain all inventory and stock relative to supply rooms, break rooms and the mailroom
  • Perform 1st level assessment for repairs for company equipment and coordinate with appropriate vendors should repairs need to be escalated
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and professional relationship with all levels of Epson personnel
  • Cross train on all clerical positions within department
  • Operate a variety of standard office machines including a personal computer, fax machine, working knowledge of standard office software, phone
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers
  • Performance of routine clerical tasks
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience
  • Strong communication skills, detail oriented, and extremely organized
  • Must demonstrate a pro-active, can do attitude; and proven ability to interact with multiple departments/teams; ability to problem solve effectively; work independently
