The Honolulu branch of Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated Modernization Superintendent. The area of coverage includes Oahu and the outer islands.

The successful candidate must have the ability to lead and direct multiple field crews.
Ability to coordinate daily activities with the branch's' project manager and work well with general contractors, owner's agency and developers for various modernization sites.
Provide field education training, scheduling, and authorization of purchase orders and expenditure of labor, materials and other company assets.
Oversight for quality assurance, safety and technical support.
Improving efficiencies, productivity and providing technical support to field installers.
High school education required; BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience 5+ years of Elevator industry experience is required; field experience is highly desired.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment.
Self-motivated individuals who have the ability to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities are a must.
Candidates must be proficient in use of computers and Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Excel and Word
Candidate must be a strong proponent of Safety, ACE, Process Management and have a strong disciple toward continuous improvement.
