Pricing Manager The Pricing Manager will be responsible for ensuring ProService sets the optimal price for both current and new business by balancing the needs of the sales organization through creative pricing opportunities and defending the company from poorly priced risk. The Pricing Manager's Top Priorities Will Be To: ●     Set, monitor and manage the pricing rules used by the sales support (new business) and client relations (existing business) groups, including labor burden and insurance products ●     Manage, track and resolve pricing and repricing escalations ●     Protect ProService’s programs from bad actors and poorly priced (or understood) risk ●     Be a checkpoint to direct clients to principal or agented insurance solutions ●     Own analysis and execution of any changes in pricing and underwriting programs ●     Own pricing and profitability KPI’s and reporting metrics.  ●     Collaborate with Work Comp underwriter and Health Care Risk Manager to find the optimal price point for insurance products ●     Provide management a quarterly summary of pricing escalations and exceptions ●     Own delivery of “expected versus actual” metrics for new business The Pricing Manager Selected Must: ●     Think and act like an owner, be goal and outcome oriented, tenacious, and driven ●     Be analytical and questioning, with both a capacity and desire to dig deep and pay attention to details while still seeing the big picture ●     Communicate and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization, sharing goals, building alignment, and reporting out on results and roadblocks ●     Develop and manage to metrics ●     Work efficiently and continuously reprioritize to get important work done; be able to set aside urgent but less important tasks to ensure delivery of big goals ●     Posses strong analytical skills (using Excel) Last but definitely not least!
