Rep, Customer Service & Sales - Hilo. (Start date will be January 2014)
Sell complete cable packages, upgrade existing services, save downgrades, and to promote excellent customer service by assisting customers, providing information, answering questions and solving problems in the HILO System area.
Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent is required. Minimum of one-year administrative, customer service, or sales experience is preferred. Working knowledge of computers including Windows, Word, Excel. Stable employment history.
Special skills, knowledge, and abilities: Types at least 40 wpm, use of telephone system, and calculator. Must have excellent telephone etiquette, good persuasive, verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Able to sell and handle all customer service inquiries through effective communication. Knowledge of general office procedures, basic mathematics.
Hours: Monday-Sunday, must be available between 5am-1am. Additional coverage as needed.
