1. Prepare all loan documentation necessary for loan closings.
2. Prepare Letters of Credit.
3. Handle post-closing work such as preparing loans for set-up, recording documents, orders final title opinions, etc.
4. Answer telephones, greet customers, pick up and distribute mail.
5. Type from transcribed dictation.
6. Copy and distribute various reports.
