The Manager Training Program is an introduction to the management structure and runs for approximately 6-8 months. Trainees are exposed to the basic operations system and management skills that will become the building blocks for future growth. Upon successful completion of the program, you will advance to Assistant Manager and continue to climb the ladder of opportunity. Looking for team players with excellent customer service, high energy, strong leadership skills and willingness to learn. The hands-on experience you'll get is unlike anything - anywhere.
