JOB SUMMARY:
The FMWRC mission is to create and maintain "FIRST CHOICE" MWR products and services for America's Army, essential to a ready, self-reliant force.

Assist the HRO in implementing official NAF policies, regulations and directives. Provide the full range of personnel services for managers and employees. Perform extensive technical and specialized work in the areas of staffing, pay administration and classification, training, labor-management relations, management-employee relations, awards, benefits, and regulatory compliance. Provide guidance, advice and assistance to managers, employees, and candidates for employment on a full range of services such as personnel policies, administrative regulations, employee rights and services. Oversees the work of assistants and provides technical guidance. Ensure the proper maintenance of the automated database and office files and records.

I have at least one year of specialized experience that is equivalent to the NF-03 level in Federal service. Experience may have been gained in Federal service, private sector, or volunteer positions. Specialized experience must have included the following: 1) Advise in employee relations and labor relations, provide advisory and technical support services on disciplinary actions, performance management, labor relations, grievances, etc; 2) comprehensive knowledge in conflict resolution practices and alternate resolution methods; 3) advise negotiating committees on arbitration decisions. 4) Analyze concerns of local bargaining unit. 5) Capability to apply/interpret basic HR concepts, principles, laws, regulations, policies and practices to provide guidance to managers of serviced organizations;
Conditions of employment:
1. A one-year probationary period may be required.

4. Successfully complete all required background checks.
