Description:

Provides operational and inter-departmental support to the Account Management team's leadership to ensure contract compliance, client satisfaction/retention, and operational efficiency and optimization.  In addition, the Operations Manager will assist in the development and coordination of all program and client implementation activities.  The role works to ensure a sophisticated approach to seamless new program design and implementation, always meeting and exceeding clients’ needs. 

Responsibilities:

  1. Provides operational support, manages cross-department initiatives, and facilitates operations engagement between the Beacon service center and local office.
  2. Collaborates with the Program Director and VP of Client Partnerships to provide comprehensive deliverables and presentations to the client.
  3. Coordinates, manages and tracks contract Performance Objective and Service Level Agreement reporting by developing effective tools that measure progress and the achievement of milestones.
  4. Proposes solutions to business issues/problems utilizing appropriate tools and business processes to ensure quality, cost effectiveness, timeliness, with awareness of contractual and regulatory requirements/mandates.
  5. Assist the implementation team to manage and coordinate all implementation activities
  6. Research various policies, procedures and/or protocols relating to new business implementation
  7. Draft operational workflow documents for use by Beacon and with external clients
  8. Other Duties as assigned

Education:

Qualifications /Education:
-Bachelor’s Degree

-Master’s degree preferred:
 Specific focus: Health related field
