Candidates will be responsible for driving sales, mentoring associates, daily operations, merchandising and loss prevention. Handling product and documents in a manner that protects the company's assets. 2. Preparing merchandise for the selling floor and/or stockroom including folding, sizing, sensoring, and steaming as needed. Meeting or exceeding the minimum productivity standard. 3. Assisting is assembling, packing and otherwise preparing outgoing shipments as requested. 4. Replenishing the selling floor to maximize sales. 5. Maintaining the company's housekeeping standards that offer the employees a comfortable and efficient work environment.
