Job Description:
Responsible for performing operational and technical duties in the following functional areas of human resources: recruitment, employment, employee relations, payroll, and benefits. Administer human resource policies, procedures and programs. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field and 2+ years of related human resources experience or combination of education and experience, proficient in using Microsoft Office products, prior knowledge and experience with HR related software, working knowledge of state and federal laws and practices relating to HR, strong team player, excellent interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet deadlines.
