Intuits Finance team drives business growth and profitability through strategic, financial and operational leadership. Our team is comprised of finance, accounting, supply chain, corporate strategy and development and tax professionals that support and enhance Intuits operating efficiencies.

Responsibilities:
  • Operates in a lead capacity, no direct reports, but proactively influences, leads and coaches across the Finance organization.
  • Helps guide the BU/FG operating mechanisms to execute against the priorities
  • Interprets BU/FG strategy and proactively takes action that aligns to strategy.
  • Partners directly with BU/FG/Finance leaders; collaborative with more influencing
  • Effective framing and presentation skills on specific analytics/projects. May require some assistance in finalizing analysis/presentation for distribution.
  • Leads project teams within finance function; Identification and deployment of best practices within their BU/FG
  • Needs some guidance from manager with less approvals required.
  • Effectively independently prioritizes own work.
  • Addresses problems with moderate complexity (e.g. ROI, resource allocation).
  • Little to no assistance required in presenting/communicating analytics. Able to summarize the analytic at a higher level in a simple/digestible manner.
  • Must exercise judgments and/or modification of a standard course of action to address the issue at hand
  • Decisions have moderate impact on resource allocation and near-term revenue growth
Qualifications:
  • Moderately complex analytic based insights.
  • Accurate forecasts with risks/opportunity assessment, for individual responsibility area w/moderate level of complexity
  • Somewhat complex analytics that are framed in a thoughtful and simple manner that aligns to the key drivers of the analysis.
  • Individual slide creation for key focus area for presentations
  • Proactively identification of areas for improvement (e.g. process, analytics) that aligns to the business strategy resulting in moderate business impact.
  • Systems and process development that delivers financial information with integrity, utility and is internal customer centric with meaningful impact; manage multiple or enterprise systems and complex technical report writing
  • Career development plan for self and impactful coaching/feedback to peers
