Company Profile
Our client is an established, profitable local company providing mechanical and maintenance services to the restaurant and food service industries.
They are currently hiring a Sales Manager/General Manager to be solely responsible for the start up of their new division.
Responsibilities
The position will initially be responsible for all sales and operations of the division, other than the actual service performed. Staff will be expected to grow with the business.
The successful candidate will be entrepreneurial, ambitious and energetic and be very organized with strong process development skills as well as enthusiastic sales abilities.
Qualifications
- Experience selling to, or operating in, the food service industry will be a requirement for this position.
- A post secondary education in Business will be an advantage.
The position will pay a competitive base salary, benefits and offer substantial financial upside as the business grows.
