Summary:
Support the overall Marketing operations for Wyndham Vacation Resorts, Inc.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to the Marketing Leadership
o Schedule and Maintain Marketing Events, Meetings and Appointments.
o Draft and Proofread Correspondence
· Provide Marketing Leadership and team with daily and weekly arrivals reports from the front desk system. Assist with the assignment of arrivals on a daily basis.
· Research upcoming arrivals for accountability and correction on reservation codes to reflect appropriate guest type. Provide requested data/owner sheets to sales and marketing as requested by the Marketing Manager.
· Maintain a daily and weekly tour manifest noting date and time of provided tour slots. Distribute the information to tour reception, sales and marketing leaders on site.
· Monitor FOCUS and CRS daily to ensure all reported arrivals and tours are accurate.
· Communicate and partner with tour reception to ensure accurate tour status.
· Administration of Marketing payroll.
o Weekly Commission Review
o Weekly Timesheet entry into WynTime.
· Prepare and Maintain Required Departmental Documents and Files as needed:
o Marketing Personnel Files
o Attendance Trackers
o Performance Trackers
o Vendor Performance Trackers
· Order and Maintain Marketing Collateral and Uniform
· Administration of Marketing compliance with corporate policies.
· Work on other Projects as requested.
