Job: Personal Assistant

Description:
Personal Assistant needed for a full-time opportunity in Honolulu. This position consists of 60% personal assistant duties and 40% administrative duties. Qualified candidates for this role will have at least five years administrative and personal assistant experience.
This person needs to be quick on their feet, able to multi-task, and work well independently. This position requires a self-starter with thick skin, a professional attitude, and great interpersonal skills.

$17.00 Hourly
Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist with time and day-to-day task management.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Plan, organize, and manage schedules.
  • Perform administrative duties such as answering the phone, filing, copying, faxing, etc.
  • Organize and handle incoming correspondences.
  • Maintain and update documents and files.
  • Run errands as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years personal assistant experience required.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years administrative experience required.
  • Must have college degree.
  • Must be professional and positive at all times.
  • Ability to handle confidential information required.
  • Must be able to take criticism.
  • Good communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills required.
  • Must be able to prioritize and effectively manage time.
