The Hale Koa Hotel's mission is to operate a first class hotel and recreation facility at affordable prices for military members and their families.
Serves as a Supply Clerk in the Accounting Office of the Hale Koa Hotel.

Performs complex clerical duties associated with the daily ordering of supplies to ensure effective operations following established procedures at a large AFRC operation. Oversees stock maintenance at or within prescribed levels. Reviews, edits, and submits requisitions and assures data is correct. Revises quantities ordered based on quantities on hand.
Physically inventories property on a daily basis. Prepares and reports inventory adjustments as appropriate. Processes receipt transactions for material being received. Investigates inventory variances in accordance with procedures.
Maintains an accurate accounting and reporting system. Operates personal computer to perform searches, input data, and to correct entries. Operates electronic weighing system involving scanning, data collection, and data transfer.
Safeguards stock to prevent loss.

Progressively responsible experience in supply and requisition. A basic knowledge of supply and its rules and procedures. Knowledge of computer systems and personal computers to perform automated functions associated with the duties of the supply activity. Must be well organized with an attention to detail.
Conditions of employment:
1. A one-year probationary period may be required.
2. Meet all qualification/eligibility requirements.
3. Satisfactorily complete an employment verification check.
4. Successfully complete all required background checks.
5. Social Security Card must be presented at time of appointment.
6. Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
7. Must be able to work various hours of the day and week when required.
