Job: Online Researcher and Assistant

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an “Online Researcher and Assistant”. You will work with our Talent Sourcing Specialist and Senior Recruiters to understand talent needs and execute effective searches to develop candidate pipelines. You will also support the Recruiting team and perform office administrative functions as needed.

As an Online Researcher, responsibilities include:

• Adopt and learn innovative methods to source and evaluate candidates for Senior Recruiters using non-traditional tools and online technologies
• Ensure that job openings are posted on all relevant job boards and association sites
• Gain deep knowledge of various business segments, industries, organization structures and key profiles
• Communicate with Senior Recruiters to understand desired profile for key openings
• Utilize social media networks skills to attract talent and engage in online communities
• Share creative sourcing skills and successful methodologies among research team members
• Continuous learning and practice on the job

As an Administrative Assistant, responsibilities include:

• Assist with daily administrative functions of the agency
• Greet and provide professional and friendly customer service to clients and walk-ins
• Run reports for meetings, create and update spreadsheets
• Other projects/duties/administrative support functions as required

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business, communications, human resources or related discipline and/or equivalent work experience preferred
• Deep passion for finding solutions and getting things done
• Ability to ask questions and technically savvy (Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word)
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities while maintaining open lines of communication
• Ability to do research and gather market intelligence and then articulate that intelligence to others.
• Strong team player and attention to detail
• Ability to deliver results with little supervision
