 Duties Summary:
Performs detailed routines of limited complexity pertinent to processing of personnel actions which are typically: (a) assigned on a continuing basis; and (b) are covered by well established guidelines, procedures and/or instructions which provide a fairly specific basis for taking action; and performs other related duties as assigned.
 Minimum Qualification Requirements:
To qualify, you must meet all of the following requirements:

General Experience: One year of progressively responsible general office clerical experience.

Specialized Experience: One year of experience in an office where the work required the knowledge and application of pertinent personnel rules, regulations, procedures and program requirements.

Substitutions Allowed: Relevant substitutions as described in the Minimum Qualification Requirements, will apply.

Special Requirement: The applicant who is conditionally offered employment or conditionally approved for movement into the position shall be subject to drug screening, as required by Federal, State or local laws, or departmental policy; and will be subject to an intensive background check.
